Jill is a long-time friend of mine. She’s a beautiful mom and wife, and we had the prettiest late-May evening for her family’s session. Early summer is currently my favorite time of year for sessions — the colors are just so rich and pretty!

This is a great example of a late-spring/early-summer session. Colors are rich, vibrant and abundant. Greens, yellows, whites and purples — it’s just so pretty out. Sunsets are later, but if you’re willing to nap your kiddos later (lots of families do and it works well for one night!) or let them stay up past bedtime a bit, it’ll be worth a beautiful sunset session. I offer sunset sessions but I also offer earlier sessions too, because I know not all kiddos do well with late bedtimes (like my own! :) ).
